Police Week 2017Posted: 18-Apr-2017
In 1962, President John F. Kennedy signed a proclamation, following an approved joint resolution in Congress, to designate May 15th as Peace Officers Memorial
Day and the week in which that day falls as Police Week.
The 2017 Denver Police Week will be observed May 14th-20th. As a stunning display of President Kennedy's vision of annual recognition, the City and County
building will be lit in blue to recognize the contributions and sacrifice of our local law enforcement officers.
We will be updating this post with events as additional information becomes available.
